Shipping Policy

- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received and verified.

- If we experience a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few additional days. We will notify you of any significant delays.

- Orders are subject to approval, and we reserve the right to cancel or modify any order if necessary.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

- Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the date of order. They should be used as a guide only and are subject to order acceptance and approval.

- Standard and expedited shipping options may be available depending on your location.

Shipping Restrictions
- We currently ship within United States only.

- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations at this time.

Delays & Lost Packages
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, unexpected delays due to weather, carrier issues, or high order volumes may occur. Graceful Soles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you encounter a shipping issue, please contact the carrier directly.
