At Graceful Soles, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality footwear that reflects grace and elegance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Timeframe: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Final Sale Items: Clearance, discounted, and custom-made shoes are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Return Process
1. Request a Return: Email our customer support at info@gracefulsoleshoes.org with your order number and reason for return.
2. Approval & Shipping: Once approved, you will receive instructions on where to send your return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
3. Processing: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are available for the same item in a different size or color (subject to availability).
- If the desired item is out of stock, a store credit will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
